Actor Allu Sirish has had enough of sleepless nights. The younger brother of Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has approached the Hyderabad Police over loud music allegedly being played at a Hanuman temple in his locality until 2 or 3 am.
The actor took to X to flag the issue, saying that repeated complaints had failed to bring the noise under control. With the festival celebrations over, Sirish wants the authorities to step in and give residents some much-needed peace.
The actor, who lives in Aparna One in Shaikpet, Hyderabad, also pointed out that the noise was affecting elderly residents, children and working professionals.
“Respected @hydcitypolice. I’m a resident of Aparna One, Shaikpet. For the last few days the Hanuman temple at Vinobha Nagar is playing loud music, beyond allowed decibels till night 2/3am. I complained the Film Nagar PS,” he wrote.

According to the actor, residents had earlier approached the Film Nagar Police Station about the noise. However, they were reportedly asked to put up with it until September 25 because of the Ganesh Nimajjanam celebrations.
Sirish said the situation had not improved even after the festival ended.
“The festival is done but the loud music doesn’t stop,” he added.
Sirish also highlighted how the late-night noise was affecting people living in the neighbourhood.
“Many elders, children and working people in our society are disturbed by it and made many complaints in the past. But no action was taken,” he wrote.
The actor requested the police to look into the matter and address the residents’ concerns.
The Hyderabad Police responded to his post, confirming that the complaint had been forwarded to the concerned officer.
