Uttarakhand: A visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Uttarakhand is proposed for the month of October. Kedarnath Dham is a key stop on the Char Dham Yatra. According to official tourism data, the portals of Kedarnath Dham opened to pilgrims on April 22, and the pilgrimage season is scheduled to continue until October.
Prime Minister Modi has visited Kedarnath Dham previously as well. During his visit in October 2022, he offered prayers to Lord Kedarnath and reviewed the progress of various development projects.
